Chair Beats

Chair Beats is an audience interactive art installation which allows the participants to manipulate musical instrumentation ‘live'.

 Through the language of music and with the help of sensor technology, participants challenge their musical compositional creativity by engaging first-hand with the chair installation as well as with their group or the other participants.

The technology allows human interaction to trigger audio loops, one-shot audio samples and LED under-glow lighting.

The installation provides variation in sounds and music. Each day a new set of music and sounds are assigned to the chairs from pre-programmed sound productions, bringing a constant fresh experience to the participants.

The audio can be fully customized according to the client's needs. The Artists can include any lyrics, beats or melodies as required by the ocassion.

The work inspires the audience through music and technology, bringing people together through the magic of the moment.
